We are actively working on two homes in the Creve Coeur area. This number will be updated regularly

Woezor homes is committed to personalized care for our clients. To achieve this we allow only preferably 2 clients per house.
 

Each home has a House Manager that reports directly to an executive director and they are responsible for the day to day management of the home. In addition, each home  has a minimum  of two staff during the wake hours and minimum of one staff during the sleep hours .

Each of the clients will have a direct support care staff to provide one on one care at all times to meet their individual needs if specified by the ISP. Our care is dependent on the ISP for each person.
 

Collectively, we have over 40 years experience in health care .
In the event of someone not showing up for a shift, what is the procedure for ensuring staffing patterns are followed?
Maintaining adequate staffing is a priority for us. If prior notice is given for their absence, we make arrangements to staff the shift. However, in the event of an emergency, our house manager or director  may cover the shift temporarily, while we work to find coverage.
